To Thaw
All patties should be left in the vacuum sealed package and placed on a plate in the refrigerator to thaw for 24 hours. This allows the product to retain all the natural juices. Never thaw product under hot water or at room temperature. Remove thawed meat from refrigerator ½ hour before cooking.
