This exquisite rosé is a blend of 50% Chardonnay for elegance, 25% Pinot Noir for structure, and 25% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness. Aged on lees and fermented in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation, it offers a transparent, precise, and finely fruity taste with vibrant acidity. The aromatic complexity is complemented by a delicate minerality, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
