Can lamp light be replaced once it burns out?

The lights contain one single LED panel which could technically be replaced if you can find a source for the panel itself.

What characters are upon the frame?

We do our best to include these six characters within the film, if the scenes are available.

Are the characters suppose to light up too?

The 35mm film scenes are where the light will shine through as they are semi-transparent.
