To Raaka, each cacao bean is a very special and they treat them as such. While most chocolate available is made with roasted cacao beans, Raaka makes theirs with unroasted cacao beans for a bold, bright, and fruitier flavor. Every bar is a celebration of the unique flavor profile produced by the combination of soil, climate, genetics, and post-harvest processes unique to each region.

This set includes 1 of each of their top selling chocolate bars: Pink Sea Salt, Bourbon Cask Aged, Oat Milk, Bananas Foster, Coconut Milk and Green Tea Crunch. Each one is certified organic, kosher, and non-GMO, as well as gluten, dairy, and soy free.
How to Store: It is recommend to store your chocolate in an airtight container in a cool and dry place. Usually, under those conditions, Raaka chocolate can last longer than the suggested dates* since they are all vegan and aren't made with many ingredients that would cause them to spoil. If you do keep them for longer, be sure to visually inspect each bar before eating. If the bars look dull and/or have a whitish coating on them it means that they have come out of temper, due to age and temperature/humidity variations. Chocolate that has come out of temper is safe to eat, it will just not be as enjoyable since the texture changes a bit (grainy/crumbly).
*This does not apply to the products that contain coconut. These bars have a shorter shelf life.
