Single Malt Kanosuke // 700 ML // 46% ABV

The first standard single malt whisky from Kanosuke Distillery, "Single Malt Kanosuke," is crafted using a combination of three unique pot stills and matured in re-charred American white oak ex-“Mellowed Kozuru” aged shochu casks. This non-chill filtered whisky is carefully blended based on this key malt before bottling, capturing the essence of the Kanosuke Distillery.

Located on the coast of Kagoshima, at a site chosen by the distillery's founder, Kanosuke Komasa, for its breathtaking sunsets, the distillery benefits from a warm climate that, combined with the family's expertise in maturation, helps create a richer, mellower Japanese whisky. This whisky embodies the passion and dedication poured into the craft by several generations.

Tasting Notes:
— Color: Golden Amber
— Nose: Ripened Citrus Fruit (Karin), Honey, Banana, Lemon Tea, Caramel
— Palate: Sunset Taste with Ginger Honey and Slightly Smoked Nuts
— Finish: Sweet Aroma, Bitter with a Mild and Long Finish
