Scott Jacobs

Product Description
The split window was unique to the 1963 Corvette. The photo reference for this study was shot from a roof-top in Anaheim, California. Interestingly, the original study was rejected by Chevrolet because the spot on the roof was mistaken for a camera flash. It is, in fact, a reflection of the sun that illuminates incredible details such as the swirl marks from decades of diligent polishing.
With a career in art spanning over three decades, Scott Jacobs is known for his hyper-photorealism. His mastery of the style has captivated audiences worldwide, with paintings displayed in 90 countries and exhibited in more than 30 museums. This level of excellence made Jacobs Harley Davidson's officially licensed artist in 1993. This collection of art prints celebrated Jacobs' work with the infamous motorcycle company, as well as collaborations with Chevrolet and Ford.
