Hand-assembled in Brooklyn using the richest and rarest straight bourbons, it is non-chill filtered and proofed with mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of NY. Aged for 10 years, this bourbon offers unique intensity and complexity.

Tasting Notes:
— Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream
— Palate: Orange, maple, cherry, almond
— Finish: Charred oak, spice

Widow Jane Baby Jane Bourbon is made from the proprietary heirloom corn "Baby Jane," offering depth, sweetness, and creamy spiciness. Distilled in Red Hook, Brooklyn, and Kentucky, this true small-batch bourbon is hand-assembled and non-chill filtered, proofed with mineral water from the Rosendale Mines.

— Nose: Salty air, green grape, honeycomb, cream soda
— Palate: Strawberries and cream taffy, salted caramel, fresh fig, allspice, café au lait
